May 2, Monday: "Pilpil cod with peppers"
We started the week with a cod and its pilpil, a classic dish but very dear. In addition Bruno will give us the idea of how to "paint" the pilpil and accompany the cod with a rich fry.
May 3, Tuesday: "Fried corn milk and passion fruit sauce"
Fried milk is one of the most appreciated desserts in our country and our chef Bruno Oteiza, a miscegenation specialist, will prepare a fried milk with sweet corn. Surely it will be rich!
May 4, Wednesday: "Nopal Salad"
The Nopal is a cactus, used as food in Mexico for hundreds of years and due to its properties there are many benefits. For all this, Bruno has not wanted to miss the opportunity to show us one of his many ways to cook it and surprise us once again.
May 5, Thursday: "Rice with black pudding and peppers with mayomiel"
One of the dishes we like most is rice and Bruno is going to prepare a rice with black pudding and peppers, accompanied by a mayomiel, that is, a mayonnaise with honey. A spectacular mix of flavors.
