Baked seabass recipe ingredients with creamy refried

  • For 4 people:
  • 1 sea bass of 1.5 kg approx.
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 scallion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cooked lemon
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1/2 glass of brandy
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • Water
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1-2 cayenne
  • chopped parsley

Preparation of baked seabass recipe with creamy refried

Cut the potatoes into slices and fry them in a pan with olive oil, the scallion cut in julienne, the whole onions and a pinch of salt. Sauté everything well and transfer it to a baking dish.
