Macadamia and white chocolate Muffins recipe with vanilla milkshake
Ingredients (10 units):
- 300 g wheat flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 80 g butter
- 200 ml of evaporated milk

- 200 g white chocolate
- 150 g of macadamia nuts
- 1 handful of dried cranberries
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Raspberries, mint and icing sugar (to decorate)
For the milkshake (10 people):
- 2 l of milk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon food coloring
Preparation of the recipe for macadamia muffins and white chocolate:
To do the muffins, put the butter in a bowl and soften it in the microwave for a few seconds until it is about to ointment. Add the sugar and beat well with the rod. Add the egg and evaporated milk and continue beating until a homogeneous cream.
