Stuffed Turkey Thigh Recipe
- 2 turkey thighs
- 2 sausages
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/2 l. dry cava
- Chopped parsley
Bone carefully the 2 turkey thighs, fill them with a sausage wrapped in a slice of bacon and tie them.
Then, poach in a casserole dish with a little oil, carrots, onion and a piece of celery, all cut into not very fine julienne.
Then add turkey thighs, refit and add half a liter of dry cava, Season and let it reduce by half, over low heat and with the casserole covered for 20 minutes.
After this time, add water just to cover the thighs and leave them simmer until they are done, about 1 hour.
Remove the stuffed thighs and degrease the sauce well (if light, flush it with a little starch dissolved in cold water).
It serves the dish by slicing the thighs sliced with parsley and served with the sauce.
