Marmalade filled sweet jams recipe

Ingredients of the recipe of Sweet Paquetitos stuffed with jam:

  • - For 8 people:
  • 4 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 4 tablespoons plum jam
  • 350 gr. Of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 12 gr. of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 glass of cream
  • powdered sugar
  • mint leaves
  • - For the coulis:
  • 150 gr. of raspberries
  • 150 gr. of raspberries

Preparation of the recipe for Sweet Paquetitos filled with jam:

For more of the packages: place in a bowl, 300 gr. of flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the butter about to ointment, mixture by hand and incorporate the eggs one by one until you get a homogeneous mass. Cover with a piece of cooking film and let stand for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 portions, form balls, sprinkle a smooth surface with the reserved flour and stretch them with a roller until you get circular wafers.

Fill 4 with apricot jam and the other 4 with plum jam. Close and fry them in a pan with oil.

For the coulis, put the raspberries in a casserole, add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Pass the sauce through the strainer and reserve.

Serve the packages in a wide source, sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with a mint leaves. Accompany them with the raspberry coulis and cream.


It is important to strain the raspberry coulis because the seeds are quite hard and it is uncomfortable to eat them. When you go to strain it, do not forget that it is much easier to do it when the sauce is hot.
