Recipe Chicken thighs with straw potatoes
Ingredients (2 people):
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 onions
- 1 potato
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
Preparation of the recipe for chicken thighs with straw potatoes:
Chop the onions, peppers and garlic in fine julienne. Simmer over low heat in a pan with a little oil.
Peel and chop the potato into thin sticks. Fry them in a pan with oil and drain them.
Bone the chicken thighs (reserve the skin), cut them into strips and salt and pepper them. Chop the other garlic clove and skip it with the chicken strips over high heat in a pan with a little oil. Fry the skin (until it roasted well) in another pan without oil.
Serve the fry in the bottom of the plate, place the chicken strips on top and cover with the straw potatoes. Garnish with chicken skin.
